What does it mean to come back home to your body?
Throughout our lives, our minds are being infused with beliefs, rules and knowledge drawn from the society we live in.
Our bodies are constantly attuning to the environment looking for cues of danger to protect us.
We either feel like we need to be always on the GO and DO, DO, DO to feel good about ourselves or we freeze finding ourselves in the endless sea of procrastination unable to take any action towards our deepest desires.
We feel like we must either run from intimacy, defend our vulnerabilities or we numb ourselves from feeling anything.
Because of all of that noise and feelings of unsafety, we no longer know what our truth is and who we are at the core of our being.
No wonder why there is so much confusion and disagreements all around us.
We live in the mind trapped in thinking of what we should be doing and all the “should, could and would have’s”
BUT all we do have is the present moment and how we choose to FEEL determines the quality of our life.
All the negative thoughts, anxiety and depression can be resolved in one MOMENT if we only choose to come back home to our bodies EVERY DAY.
I feel confident saying this because I have seen this shift many times with my clients, even those who suffered from suicidal thoughts.
& I want you to experience the delight of coming back home to yourself, my love.
Coming home to your body means coming back to safety, learning how to discern your own truth from the outside noise or the voice of old trauma.
Coming back home is a journey of unbecoming everything that you are not, and becoming who you truly are.
It is a path of coming back home to your body to your truth.
Ultimately, it’s a journey of coming back to love.
You are the one you have been waiting for.
